- Flutter Kicks 5 Points per 5/4 Count Reps
- Squat Jumps 5 Points per 10 Reps
- Pull-Ups 5 Points per 5 Reps
- Flexed Arm Hang 5 Points per 7 Seconds
- Running 15 Points per 1 Mile
- Weight Lifting 5 Points per every 2 Exercises (Bench Press + Curls = 5 Pts)
- Aerobic Exercise 20 Points per every 1/2 Hour
- Swimming 15 Points per every 1/2 Hour
- Sprints 15 Points per every 400 Yards
- Basketball 10 Points per every 1/2 Hour
- Other Sports 5 Points per every 1/2 Hour
