Here's how you get the points:

  • PT                            45 Points
  • Push-Ups                 5 Points per 5 Reps
  • Sit-Ups                     5 Points per 10 Reps
  • Crunches                  5 Points per 15 Reps
  • Flutter Kicks             5 Points per 5/4 Count Reps
  • Squat Jumps              5 Points per 10 Reps
  • Pull-Ups                    5 Points per 5 Reps
  • Flexed Arm Hang      5 Points per 7 Seconds
  • Running                     15 Points per 1 Mile
  • Weight Lifting            5 Points per every 2 Exercises (Bench Press + Curls = 5 Pts)
  • Aerobic Exercise       20 Points per every 1/2 Hour
  • Swimming                 15 Points per every 1/2 Hour
  • Sprints                      15 Points per every 400 Yards
  • Basketball                 10 Points per every 1/2 Hour
  • Other Sports             5 Points per every 1/2 Hour
